Hi. I’m Gina Lola.

Through sound, Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, and ceremony, I create spaces where the nervous system can settle, the heart can open, and something deeper can be heard.

What unfolds from there is different for everyone. Sometimes it's deep rest. Sometimes clarity. Sometimes emotional release. Sometimes simply remembering what has been quietly waiting beneath the noise.

Many of these experiences take place in Temple Below Sea Level, my intimate waterfront studio designed for deep listening, healing, and transformation.

From private sessions and immersive sound journeys to classes, ceremonies, and retreats, each offering is an invitation to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

The Sound

I work with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, voice, and layered soundscapes.

The sound evolves in real time, guided by what's happening in the space and what's ready to move.

Lineage

I’m a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, trained with Jennifer Brinn.

My sound work has been shaped through study with Simona Asinovski and Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents, and David Gibson and faculty at the Globe Sound & Consciousness Institute, along with years of personal practice and exploration.

My teaching has been enriched through Kundalini Yoga teacher training and ongoing mentorship with Liya Garber, as well as more than a decade of study with Sarah Entrup in intuition, feminine wisdom, embodiment, and nervous-system awareness. These lineages continue to deepen my practice and inform the way I hold space.

The Temple Below Sea Level

The Temple Below Sea Level is my floating sanctuary in Sausalito.

Created beneath the waterline of a houseboat, it offers a quiet place to step away from the pace of daily life and into a deeper conversation with yourself.

Designed for immersive sound journeys, the Temple also hosts Reiki sessions, Kundalini Yoga, workshops, and intimate gatherings. It invites you to slow down, settle in, and simply be where you are.

Whether you're arriving for Reiki, sound healing, Kundalini Yoga, ceremony, or community, the space itself becomes part of the experience.
