I believe that healing happens in sacred space — both within us and around us. The energy of a place, the intention behind it, and the people who gather there all shape our ability to transform, expand, and return to ourselves.

For me, space isn’t just physical — it’s an experience. Through my sound healing work as Cosmic Dragonfly, Reiki, and embodied practices, I hold space for deep renewal, clarity, and connection. But I also find profound meaning in creating physical spaces where others can do the same.

As a sound healer, Reiki Master practitioner, space creator, and intuitive guide, I design and infuse environments that invite transformation — whether through a Cosmic Dragonfly sound journey, a private healing session, or by offering my spaces as sanctuaries for others.

My Journey & Approach

Through years of devotion to sound, energy, and inner work, I’ve come to understand healing as a process of remembering — returning to coherence through presence, vibration, and love in motion. My approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, blending the precision of frequency with the art of intuitive listening.

The path that shaped this work has unfolded through years of devoted study, mentorship, and direct experience — a living lineage of teachers and trainings that continue to inform everything I offer.

Lineage & Training

Gina Lola’s path unfolds over two decades of study in sound, energy, and embodiment.
She is a Reiki Master Practitioner, trained through the Usui lineage with Jennifer Brinn, Rosie De La Cruz, and Dana Welch. She has completed advanced studies in Sound Healing with David Gibson et al. at the Globe Institute, and with Simona Asinovski & Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents.

Her ongoing journey has been guided by spiritual and somatic mentors who shaped the deeper layers of her work:
Katie Darling (breathwork and energetic mastery), Sarah Entrup (feminine embodiment and nervous-system regulation), Perri Chase (embodiment of the Divine Feminine and self-mastery), and Liya Garber (Kundalini activation and the Mystic Mind).

Together, these teachers form the living lineage of Cosmic Dragonfly Sound Healing — an evolving synthesis of ceremony, sound, and energy medicine devoted to awakening, remembrance, and divine embodiment.
